Internet Control
Although EHS/KNX was originally intended for the communication of devices within a home, new developments in technology have changed the dynamics of an EHS/KNX network so that it is no longer isolated to a single building.
The growth and success of the Internet have opened the home network to the outside world to provide new services, such as remote diagnosis, telecontrol, and status reports. As this trend continues, more new and diverse teleservices will be created, opening the way for EHS/KNX to be a key player as new services are provided by the Internet revolution.

European Home Systems and Konnex
TRIALOG has been developing and producing home systems technology products and services since 1992. European communication standards have created a wide market for home technology products. TRIALOG produces components for the European Home Systems (EHS) standard, and it participates in the development of the KNX standard (EN 50090).
