TRIALOG offers a wide range of technology products and services to help our clients develop appliances which comunicate over a power-line network using the EHS or KNX communcation protocols.
EHS/KNX Products
- Network ICs: a range of microprocessors which contain the EHS protocol. Different versions of these chips are targeted either to simple appliances or to complex routers and controllers.
- Communication Boards: a board which contains a Network IC, a modem and a power-line interface.
- Drivers: a software package that accompanies a Network IC to provide the interface between the application software and the processor.
- PIPE Gateway: provides remote access to intelligent appliances by connecting a power-line network to an Ethernet or Wi-Fi netowork.
- Frame Analyser/Generator: an analysis tool which capture frames circulating in real-time on a power-line network and displays the contents on a PC. It also allows user-defined frames to be sent on the network at any time.
- Interoperability Test Tool: a generic test tool to implement interoperability and certification tests, which runs in a PC/Windows environment. A test suite for EHS communcication on power-line is available.
- Installation Tool: a pair of transmitter/receivers which test the strength of a signal sent by over a power-line network.

- Training Courses: seminars on the EHS and KNX protocols as well as training courses on application development.
- Documentation: a book which explains the details of the European Home Systems Specification.
