Training and Coaching
TRIALOG's customers can take advantage of its know-how through a formal knowledge dissemination process. To this end, we offer training and coaching services which complement our consulting and expertise services.
Training services consist of 1 or 2 day seminars, generally organised on our customers' premises. Coaching services consist of assigning one of our consultants as a tutor to one or more technical leaders in our customers' organisation (e.g. project leader, architect, integrator). The tutor's objective is to help the customer's staff put into practice the concepts and methods presented in our training seminars or deploy the recommendations and action plans we defined during our consulting activities.
