TRIALOG has extensive experience in the testing and certification of communication protocols. Reliable testing of a protocol is a key factor to insure its deployment, interoperability, security, and reliability.
Our test methods are based on the standard ISO/IEC 9646-1, Open Systems Interconnection - Conformance Testing Methodology and Framework. Our experience in this domain includes several projects which specified and implemented test suites for various communication protocols. TRIALOG has also developed a test tool for implementing the test process.
- Test suites for the GSM protocol
- TTCN tests for INAP (Intelligent Network Application Part/Protocol) CS-1/CS-2
- Test suites for the EHS protocol on power-line
- Test suites for the MAC and physical layers for power-line communication defined by (EN50065 and EN50090)
- Development of a generic test tool to implement interoperability and certification tests, which runs in a PC/Windows environment.
